Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Pay / Schedule: $19 - $30/hr (DOE). Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm + OT available on Saturday & Sunday. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of up to $1,650 gross. The Assembler at SVI (Smart Valve Interface) is responsible for assembling small mechanical components and sourced electronic modules, performing inspections, and conducting testing processes to ensure compliance with manufacturer and internal quality standards. This role includes assembling, troubleshooting, and calibrating valves and related equipment. Junior-level focuses on basic assembly, inspection, and following predefined procedures. Senior-level involves advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and quality assurance, including operating specialized diagnostic tools and making corrective adjustments. Key Requirements: Ability to assemble, test, and troubleshoot valves, electrical components, and accessories per manufacturer and customer specifications. Perform inspections, identify necessary corrective actions, and execute PMI (Positive Material Identification) as required. Ability to locate, read, and comprehend manufacturer installation/operation manuals and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Operate diagnostic tools (Valscope, profiler, etc.), calibrate measurement equipment, and accurately record critical dimensions per specifications. Comfort using mechanical tools for assembly, electrical component installation, and testing equipment as required in the production process. | |
