The UX Design Manager will lead a small team of designers across various locations to drive user experience improvements and innovation for our supply chain management products. Scope:
Collaborate with product management to plan and execute the design process. Conduct user research to collect requirements from stakeholders. Define Information Architecture and navigation structures for larger applications. Contribute to the design system by identifying and specifying design patterns.
. What you'll do:
Lead a team of 3-5 designers located in different regions, providing mentorship, direction, and performance management Influence stakeholders across organizations to gain support for design strategies. Manage project priorities, including identifying and aligning the necessary resources to support the design work. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define the design roadmap and priorities Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into innovative design solutions Actively participate in the design process, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to validate ideas Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience Drive design sprints and workshops to ideate, prototype, and validate new product features Review and provide hands-on feedback on design deliverables to ensure high quality and alignment with design system Champion a user-centric design culture and advocate for design best practices across the organization Provide design expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to drive a user-centric, growth-oriented mindset throughout the organization.
What we are looking for:
10+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio highlighting your hands-on design work 3+ years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams. Proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions that drive business growth Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to present and influence at all levels Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or similar tools for creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead design initiatives from concept to delivery. Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its applications in UX design is a plus.
------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is: USD $114,103.81 - $143,896.18 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
