Primary Purpose: (Summary of major reason this job exists)
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to
prevent other duties from being assigned)



  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts via electronic queues
  • Accurately and concisely communicate with the branches on issues if a document has errors
  • Accurately and concisely update tracking system to correspond with forms
  • Perform maintenance when needed to correspond with form
  • Review reports to assure documentation and procedures are within guidelines
  • Provide support for other areas of the department as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Close attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
  • Must be a self starter and excel at time management
  • Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information
  • Knowledge of NetTrax recommended
  • Travel to Tupelo MS for training is required
