We are searching for a talented Office Assistant - Cardiology

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day shift, 6:45am - 3:15pm

Location: Truesdale - Fall River, MA

Responsibilities

Position reports to the Manager, EKG and Echocardiography or designee. Perform a variety of receptionist, office, clerical and other related duties both within and in support of the Nuclear Medicine and Echocardiography Department.


Qualifications

  • Equal to the completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills are required.
  • Knowledge of various software programs (e.g. Word and Excel), Hospital and Departmental computer systems and Medical Terminology are required.
  • A minimum of one year related work experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
