Position Overview: In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's knowledge management processes and systems. This includes developing and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and share internal knowledge effectively across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge management methodologies and tools, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Job Description: Salary Range: $66,200.00 - $69,300.00 per year; DOE
Essential Duties:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communication, or related field AND two years experience in workflow/process improvement, change or knowledge management; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
