As a full time, exemptCPS Solutions, LLCStaffing Director of Pharmacy,you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Starting Pay: $140,000 to $150,000 annually plus bonus, based on experience.

Schedule: This full time position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

About the facility: Methodist Children's Behavioral Hospital of Jonesboro is a Joint Commission accredited 72 bed inpatient facility for children and adolescents aged 3 to 18. The acute program provides individual, family and group therapy, skill building activities and routine interventions. The subacute program offers extended care focusing on therapeutic intervention and individualized treatment addressing medical, psychiatric, academic, social and emotional needs.

About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00AM to 12:00PM. The pharmacy currently utilizes Core solutions, PMIs Lucy Expert, Arixrium and Physician order entry.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Arkansas Pharmacist licensure in good standing
  • Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment strongly preferred
  • 3 years of experience in acute or long term acute care preferred
  • Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
  • Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility.
  • Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations

Hospital Requirements:

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • COVID Vaccine
