JOB SUMMARY
This focus of this position is to support and enforce all
safety, governmental, and Continental Carbonic Products (CCP) procedures while
meeting operational goals across multiple production facilities within a given
region.
This position will promote the most efficient use of dry ice
production assets as well as optimizing cost, and creating a culture of safety
and quality excellence.
Essential Functions
Safety, Compliance, Quality - Ensure plant locations are
operated in accordance and in compliance with industry regulations, MTG
procedures and safety standards. Regulations include but not limited to FDA,
OSHA, EPA, and NFPA. Maintain highest safety and quality standards for
production sites through communication, audit follow up, training, and
enforcement of procedures and regulations.
Training - Train and guide plant leaders and employees in
safety/production/distribution techniques assuring their development to the
fullest potential.
Asset/Facility Maintenance - Oversee the maintenance of
equipment and buildings at all regional plant locations.
Location Planning/Financial Management - Gives input into
location operating and planning budget, monitoring of plants and goals and
provides input to improve service and decrease overall cost to customer. Assure
locations are meeting safety, cost, and quality expectations of internal and
external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree - B.
S. or B. A. Degree Business Management, Distribution or related field; or
strong commensurate experience required.
Work Experience
3-5 years' experience
in a dry ice production environment with two years supervisory experience
preferred. Preferred
5-10 years leading teams / managing production facilities Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to develop personnel and equipment structures to
support present and future operations.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with
associates, vendors and customers in a wide variety of situations.
Exposure to and understanding of applicable regulations as
defined by OSHA, FDA, CGA, EPA, and NFPA.
Computer skills include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook.
