Sr. Sales Executive- Distribution Sales

Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of Provista's McKesson's distribution business, with a primary focus on managing the NSpire Program. You will work closely with contracted supply partners to lower member's supply cost, improve their operational efficiency, and increase their overall satisfaction with program. Individuals residing in Indianapolis are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new members within the non-acute market by collaborating with McKesson distribution reps and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to oversee the successful launch of the NSpire program to ensure revenue and operational goals are achieved.
  • Promote and assist participants with the implementation of NSpire program.
  • Manage relationships with McKesson corporate and field sales personnel.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and attend strategic planning meetings with key suppliers.
  • Collaborate with supply partners to conduct joint sales calls to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assess clients' needs for products and services, conduct market assessments and market research.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in sales, project management, and/or account management required.
  • A hunter mentality, strong consultative selling, analytical and customer service skills required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, GPO/supply chain, and non-acute market.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
