Prosperity an EisnerAmper Company is seeking a Wealth Management Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of paperwork and documentation processes within our wealth management team. This position involves handling client documentation, maintaining records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Accurately prepare and process client paperwork and electronic documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

  • Maintain and manage client records, keeping them current and fully compliant with industry regulations

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal documentation-related inquiries and service requests

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time, supporting overall operational excellence

  • Perform routine audits of client files to uphold data integrity and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline documentation and improve efficiency across the board

  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in paperwork, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy

  • Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team, contributing to a seamless client experience

Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally within wealth management or a related financial services field

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with Charles Schwab platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with document and records management systems

  • Accurate and efficient data entry and database management

  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements

  • Proven ability to enhance organizational efficiency and workflow processes

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

For Minnesota the expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law."
