Description
Overview: Supports the hardware, software and other in-scope technologies within the production environment by pro-actively monitoring and quickly responding toincidents for one or more technologies within the technical area of expertise. Proactively resolve issues and incidents while remaining focused on security, up-time and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution on assignedroutine to semi-complex problems and perform voice related service requests. Responsibilities:
