In the Salesforce Administrator role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the one of our core business applications - CRM, developing a deep understanding the business processes and interfaces between CRM and ERP, sharing knowledge with the key users among the North and South American region, and engaging on global projects to enable the business. Which tasks will you perform?
- Assist Salesforce users via internal IT support tickets on process and tool-based questions specifically focused on the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Collaborate with our international colleagues centered in Germany to ensure you are up to date on system changes while providing local feedback.
- Local project management of global initiatives related to SFDC for the region.
- Partner with the region's users to solve business problems either with existing solutions or guidance on the continual improvement process.
- Understand the SAP service process in order to troubleshoot and assist with the SAP / SFDC interface.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
You may have (preferred):
- Willingness to obtain Salesforce certification. Existing certification or Salesforce Trailhead badges optional
- Experience in IT project management or execution
- Experience in IT application, ideally a CRM or ERP, administration and maintenance
- Ability to work individually and in a global team environment
