Responsibilities
Foundations for Living is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Duties would include: full cycle recruitment process for all positions within the facility, employee relation resolution, serve as the benefit liaison from the corporate office to the employees, orientation and training, workers compensation, HRIS administration and maintenance, and employee engagement activities. Situated on 14 rolling, wooded acres in Mansfield, Ohio, Foundations for Living is a secure, residential treatment center, designed to meet the needs of severely troubled adolescents struggling with behavioral, emotional and psychological problems. Qualifications The ideal HR Manager candidate will bring sound management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional areas of human resources. This position requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure the day-to-day HR operations of the department are fully compliant. The HR Manager position requires: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required. Experience: A minimum of three - five years experience in human resources, one year HR administration and two years of healthcare preferred. Certification: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
