Title: Web Content Specialist/Web Front End Specialist

Location: Taylor, TX

Work Schedule: 1st Shift

Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day

Duration: 12 Months Contract, Remote

Pay Rate: $40/Hour to $50/Hour

Job Description:



  • This position will support the day-to-day activities associated with maintenance of Client digital channels. These include, but are not limited to, SharePoint, Client.com, the mobile app, and MIS.


Role & Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Digital Content Management team by managing and publishing content to SharePoint, Client.com, MIS, and the mobile app using content management system (CMS.)
  • Complete helpdesk tickets by troubleshooting issues.
  • Code new site pages/sections within the web content management system.
  • Answers/train user questions regarding content and CMS.
  • Assist with documenting and applying metadata to site content.


Required Experience:



  • Minimum of 2 years in the web development field.
  • Experience managing digital content
  • Administrative experience with SharePoint O365
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
  • Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with standards and best practices in Web development, information architecture, typography and user experience design.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills desired.
  • Proficient in creating and edit images using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience creating low fidelity wireframes desired.
  • Experience with tagging content with metadata preferred.


Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not necessary.
