*Description*
* Manage and support user-assigned hardware, software, printers, email and user accounts. Support can be provided via telephone, email, in-person visit, or remotely with remote support tools. * Update/Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, with associated information pertaining to the full life cycle of the support call/email/in-person. * Manage user account updates/password resets * Manage and support hardware/software for conferencing rooms and products. * Tier 3 Help Desk support, involved with a variety of Help Desk, desktop, telephone and remote support. * Support ticketing system (Cherwell). * Additional duties as assigned *Skills* Vpn, microsoft suite, ticket resolution, windows operation system, sccm, mac os x, desktop *Top Skills Details* Vpn,microsoft suite,ticket resolution,windows operation system *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This position will be a backfill from an internal L2 to work alongside the L2's in the office. They are looking for someone that is willing to not just take escalation calls, but also be willing to hop on the phone when help is needed. This is an all hands on deck sort of team. They are also implementing SCCM to help with workstation patching/MDM and would like this to be something this candidate would be interested in learning (experience not required). *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
