Position: Physical Therapist - Home Care (Territory includes Malvern, West Chester, Glen Mills, Chadds Ford and Exton)
Shift: Part Time Day Shift, 20 hours/week

Experience:
1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education:
1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.
2. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.
3. Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable).
