Responsibilities

The Project Integrator (PI) supports the Division-level Front Office, including but not limited to the following:

  • Executes requirements entries and lifecycle/updating in master spreadsheet for in-development application ingestion; also, post-application launch, executes requirements entries and lifecycle/updates in the application.
  • Executes AOR-based governance and regulatory tracker entries to align with details of received procurements.
  • Serves as POC and reviews/responds to Taskers (equity checks, etc.) with input from division management and others, as required, to ensure timely, accurate, and fully coordinated responses.
  • Coordinates and ensures timely completion of weekly highlights and other required reporting for management.
  • Manages the baseline inventory of physical equipment, including close coordination with the appropriate senior Logistics Staff Officer or their designated representative(s), along with software and other procurements, as required; validates receipt of goods and materials against requirements; manages all associated recordkeeping systems and provides status reports.
  • Assists in the development/design of the organization's property inventory processes and tools; assists in the retrieval of information from various databases to properly track and inventory items.
  • Provides general administrative support, as necessary, including schedule management/coordination, supporting the Division's onboarding process, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
  • Ensures alignment of the Division's and Group's priorities.
  • Responsible for managing multiple tasks, competing demands, and appropriately prioritizing tasks and working independently to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
    • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence.
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
  • Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data.

  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
