SPA's Air Force and Army Programs Portfolio provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planning. We provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readiness. SPA has a near term need for an Operations Analyst located at Ft Belvoir. #MC Responsibilities The Operations Analyst will possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments supporting organizational-level operations and coordination with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Other duties include: 1) Candidate will manage taskers and staffing packets and may be assigned responsibility to participate in or lead project efforts to develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.) and Archive Operations functional documents and information according to policies and regulations, 2) They will control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.), plan and manage facility requirements and plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.) and may represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences, and 3) May also be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.). Qualifications Required Qualifications:
BS degree with 10 years or AS degree with 13 Years of Operations Analyst experience.
