Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU FICA Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with extensive experience in SAP IS Utilities FICA SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF+ SAP FICA Utilities and SAP FI FICA. Experience in Billing and Payments management is a plus.

• Develop and implement business solutions using SAP IS Utilities FICA to meet client requirements.
• Supervise the integration of SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF+ into existing systems to enhance functionality.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP FICA Utilities to optimize financial processes.
• Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP FI FICA implementations.
• Design and configure SAP solutions to support billing and payments management processes.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP modules to improve overall system performance.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues in SAP configurations.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on SAP functionalities.
• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation of SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and solve for SAP-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all SAP configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

• 12+ years of experience in SAP IS Utilities FICA.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP IS Utilities FICA BRF+.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA Utilities and SAP FI FICA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in billing and payments management is highly desirable.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- $244,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
