HR Generalist

Genesis10 is seeking an HR Generalist -Contingent Worker for a 12-month on-site contract position with a leading client in Duncan, SC.

W2 pay rate: $35-40/hr

Genesis10 is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and support HR operations in a professional capacity. This role collaborates closely with the WPT HR team and is responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, HRIS transactions, and compliance.

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, benefits inquiries, and HR-related concerns.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with new employee onboarding.
• Support hiring and recruitment efforts, including job requisitions, candidate screening, background checks, and HRIS hiring processes.
• Maintain HR records, including employee data, organization charts, compensation details, and compliance reports.
• Ensure compliance with affirmative action programs and legal reporting requirements.
• Assist with benefits administration, including pension plan closures.
• Participate in talent acquisition efforts, job fairs, and company-sponsored recruiting events.
• Stay updated on HR regulatory compliance by attending relevant trainings and meetings.
• Assist in policy development, disciplinary processes, and employee handbook updates.
• Analyze employee engagement and attrition data to support retention strategies.
• Support corporate HR functions such as job architecture, pay banding, performance management, and merit processes.
• Prepare and manage internal HR communications.
• Provide HR-related training to employees, supervisors, and management.
• Generate HRIS reports and track KPI metrics.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Master's degree in HR Management with 2 years of HR experience, OR 7+ years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethics, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Solid understanding of HR generalist functions and employment law compliance.

• Office-based with frequent use of electronic equipment.
• Some travel may be required for recruiting events or HR training.
