Your Opportunity: Taylor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping and warehouse department. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of shipments, inventory management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals. Your Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of shipping and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods Oversee the preparation of shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of products Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, including productivity and accuracy Train and develop warehouse personnel, providing ongoing support and performance feedback Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any issues Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with regulations You Must Have: Strong understanding of shipping and inventory management systems Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
