A&P Mechanics

STS Technical Services is hiring A&P Mechanics in Columbus, Ohio, to support aircraft maintenance operations at Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK). As an A&P Mechanic, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance is performed in full compliance with repair station policies, FAA regulations, and the highest standards of aircraft safety and performance.

• Perform post-flight inspections and line maintenance
  
• Overhaul and inspect airframe components
  
• Diagnose, document, and repair mechanical discrepancies
  
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and signature compliance for all work completed
  
• Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
  

• High School Diploma or GED required
  
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification
  
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Part 135 aircraft maintenance
  
• Experience working on Baron, Falcon, and Learjet aircraft strongly preferred
  

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
  
• Must pass FAA/DOT drug screening and background checks
  
• Able to climb ladders, operate lift equipment, and work in confined spaces
  

• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and use hands and fingers
  
• Light to moderate lifting expected
  
• Ability to work on platforms, stands, and within tight workspaces
  

• On-site position at Rickenbacker International Airport (LCK) in Columbus, Ohio
  
• No remote work or relocation assistance provided
  
• Day shift, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
