EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to partner with and support our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment as well as project coordination. What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Provide reception coverage and ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Announcing clients as necessary and assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  • Validate visitor parking.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, scanning, distributing and sending out mail (Fed-Ex/UPS).

  • Responsible for going to and from the post office and bank as needed.

  • Assist with conference room reservations upon request and keeping it organized.

  • Assist with the set-up of new hire workstations and moves.

  • Clean out vacated workstations, wipe down and return equipment.

  • Prepare engagement letters.

  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

  • Service and hospitality experience preferred as applicant would be a go to resource for any office related requests.

  • Maintain inventory for copy paper and refill copy machines and restock pantries as needed.

  • Assist with office activities such as birthdays and special events.

  • Organize and restock storage closets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of experience as a receptionist/office assistant in a professional setting

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams

  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

  • Physical Activity/Other Miscellaneous

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on pending open tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good time management skills

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics
