Pay Rate: $46.36/hr. on W2 without benefits

Work hours: 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Job Description:

  • The PC title is an administrative role for the overall function of the unit. It requires collaboration among all the clinical and non-clinical services for the unit.
  • The PC reports to the Complex Administrator.
  • PC implements the hospital's mission, vision, and strategic plan goals for implementation on the unit.
  • The PC engages with patients on a daily basis to ensure the concerns are addressed, treatment is maintained in the treatment team and responds to Grievances, PSCU concerns and addresses the follow up for Incident reports on the unit.
  • The PC provides mail and packages to the patients.
  • The Program Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the treatment team calendar for the clinicians to meet with patients.
  • The duties also require follow up to all incidents and PSCU calls by the PC for submission to Risk Management.
  • The PC also supervises a Nursing Services Clerk for the unit.
  • The PC ensures all court matters are attended on their respective units using the virtual teams' applications. They also submit reports timely to the Office of Court Coordination.
  • The PC is also responsible for submitting SSPRC packets, Guardianship packets to the Office of court coordination to facilitate movement to the least restrictive setting in the hospital. The PC is also responsible for addressing with the team housing packet coordination and summaries to the clinical director for high acuity.
  • The PC conducts Sanitation rounds on a weekly basis at a minimum with more when needed based on acuity or contraband concerns on the unit.


Required Skills:

  • Computers, copiers, fax machines and scanners. Paper filing systems.
  • Oracle, POEs and MS Office apps.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, good organizational skills, able to manage time and work independently. Team player.
  • Ability to type, enter data, use office equipment.
