DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Clerical Supervisor 2, you will provide secretarial services to nursing administration and supervise our clerical staff. You will ensure the continuous flow of timely and consistent information, direction, and work assignments. You will also serve as system administrator for the Staff Anyware Scheduling Program and liaise with the company responsible for maintaining and producing schedules. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to make independent decisions that prioritize clerical workload, maintain schedules, and monitor performance while complying with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) certification standards and documentation requirements. You will also conduct patient abuse investigations and report findings to the CEO. In addition, you will transcribe meeting minutes, update employee databases, and schedule developmental training for clerical staff. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Your schedule may change based on operational needs.

- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year as a Clerical Assistant 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
