JOB SUMMARY The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Cresco Labs processing facility in accordance with State laws and regulations and Cresco Labs standards. The Manager will be tasked with working cross-functionally to ensure production goals are met and all products are manufactured within specifications. The applicant must be proficient with various extraction methods and capable of operating and maintaining extraction equipment and machinery. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the documentation and tracking of inventory control procedures and Manufacturing procedures. Oversight of production processes and ensuring the safety of manufacturing agents during manufacturing operations; oversight of day-to-day functions of the manufacturing production areas; managing all production agents; ensuring that all manufacturing agents perform their job duties in such a manner as to provide assurance that the cannabis-infused product has the identity, purity, strength, and composition that is represented on the label; creation of master production formulas for each product and entry into the ADP/POS system; approving products for packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department-approved laboratory; and ensuring that all company processes, policies and procedures are followed, and that the manufacturing production goals are met.
