Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Foreman to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Maintain control of safety, quality, and customer expectations
  • Supervise and direct the work of fire alarm technicians and other crew members
  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure work is completed according to standards
  • Train and mentor team members on fire alarm systems and safety procedures
  • Evaluate, organize, and control all reporting employees and field-related functions
  • Ensure fire alarm systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and codes
  • Perform inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems
  • Repair and upgrade fire alarm systems as needed
  • May manage vendor relationships
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment
  • May be responsible for ordering materials
  • May assist with the repair and maintenance of fire suppression systems
  • May be required to respond to emergency service calls
  • Prioritize safety on all projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the field installation crew


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs and small additions to existing access control and video systems
  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)



Pay range $50 - $64 per hour
