SUMMARY:
This is a customer-focused position with responsibility for the life cycle of Company Return Authorizations (RA), from generation through execution of product disposition, including submission of claim requests for loss of value, timely transaction processing, and asset disposition across multiple sites for the Company logistics network. This position ensures a positive customer experience by addressing Reverse Logistics requirements, supporting internal and external stakeholders, to close open RA requests while assuring the timely recovery of product. Playing a pivotal role, this position ensures effective coordination and communication, in a cross-functional environment, to drive efforts as a SME, provide reporting to the department and other business leaders, represent a Reverse Logistics perspective with cross-functional teams, and coordinating efforts with technical groups to support a quality customer experience and provide the highest level of customer service. This role will actively coordinate logistics operations and identify areas for performance improvements. Works independently and as part of a team with adequate understanding of logistics processes. Generates, analyzes, and reports Key Performance Indicators for Reverse Logistics. Will be responsible for process performance at the 3PLs, working closely with on-site Company personnel to drive results. Supports warehouse operations to ensure timely disposition of product returns, and assist with or manages projects aligned to Company's reverse logistics strategic objectives. Applies technical knowledge of departmental principles and procedures to perform work within company and regulatory guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Return authorization management and logistics processing of return shipments from customers to warehouse, including reconciling claims, invoice discrepancies, inventory variance, and product disposition.
* Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
* All other duties as assigned.
Estimated Min Rate: $30.00
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
