Visa's Ecosystem & Operational Risk (EOR) technology group is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead strategic initiatives within the Payment Fraud Disruption team. This team plays a crucial role in developing systems and services that detect and prevent fraud, helping safeguard Visa's payment systems. We're looking for talented individuals with a strong engineering background, leadership experience, and a passion for solving complex problems in payments or related industries. In this role, you'll help shape the future of fraud prevention and work closely with business and technology partners to create impactful solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office 3 days a week, depending on business needs. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
