Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our cohesive, dynamic team. This position offers a balanced schedule among the Otolaryngologist team, with a split between clinic and operating room duties, specifically:

* Clinic: Three days per week, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
* Operating Room (OR): Two days per week.

Our practice operates with 2-3 ENTs rotating at each site, ensuring comprehensive patient coverage. Each site is staffed by one ENT at a time, generally seeing 24-30 patients per day in clinic.

Key Position Details:

As part of the otolaryngologist team for clinic coverage, you will be mainly working out of the Primary Care Clinics located in St. Paul and Apple Valley, MN.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

  • Evaluates, diagnoses, provides consultation and comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affect the ears, nose, throat, the respiratory and upper alimentary systems and the treatment of disorders of hearing and voice.
  • Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.
  • May provide care in an ambulatory clinic, inpatient or outpatient hospital setting.
  • May participate in on-call rotation

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine required and
  • Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency training program in Otolaryngology required
  • Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire and
  • ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range

Pay Range: $415,000 to $515,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
