Job Description:

AriensCo is on the hunt for a self-starting, motivated Engineer, Product & Validation at our Brillion, WI location! This is the perfect opportunity to enhance your education with practical, hands-on experience and prepare you for your future.

THE DAY TO DAY...

  • Support engineering staff(s) by performing assigned test requests and supporting tasks, including test planning, instrumentation, data collection, data analysis, and problem-solving efforts

  • Develop new test methods and develop standard work documentation, while also supporting 6S efforts

  • Develop ways to improve Field Test efficiency and documentation (Lean NPD)

YOU WILL GAIN EXPERIENCE IN...

  • Subsystem design and analysis

  • Concept development, evaluation and testing

  • SolidWorks

  • Design presentations and reports

  • Microsoft Office

YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO...

  • Test planning, problem solving, and Reliability methodology

  • The product development process and manufacturing principles

  • Design reviews

  • Project management tools and methodologies

  • Fabrication processes including welding, brake press metal forming, laser, cutting, machining, stamping, powder painting and more

  • Final assembly processes

  • Facilities and tools of a research and development model making shop and testing department

  • Rapid prototyping tools

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Physics or similar

  • Must have and maintain a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0/4.0

  • Should be mechanically inclined and have an interest in new product development, outdoor power equipment, and manufacturing

  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience preferred
