Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Portfolio Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and PeopleSoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Experience in Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry domains is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the design and implementation of technology solutions for S/4HANA Project Portfolio Management.
  • Coordinate the integration of PeopleSoft -Project Portfolio Management within the existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and industry standard processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users and team members.
  • Monitor and manage project risks issues and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to provide innovative solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure accurate project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
Role Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of IT/SAP experience
  • Extensive experience in S/4HANA Project Portfolio Management and PeopleSoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Consistent record of successful project delivery.
  • Able to apply industry best practices and standards.
  • Able to develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA Oracle Certified Professional
  • Nice to have experience in conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Nice to have experience in system performance tuning and optimization.
  • Nice to have experience in system performance tuning and optimization.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
