Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Financials Business Systems Analyst (BSA) III
to provide support for Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules
and collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve business processes and ensure optimal system functionality.

What You Need to Bring to the Table/Education & Experience Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience
    as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in finance or ERP-related roles.
  • Experience in ERP system implementations, configurations, and enhancements. Prior experience with Oracle ERP Financials or similar enterprise financial systems
    is highly desirable. Oracle Financials ERP Modules:
    Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management.
  • SQL, PL/SQL:
    Proficient in database querying and scripting.
  • Financial & Reporting Tools:
    Experience with financial/accounting tools and systems.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
    Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Process Automation & System Integrations:
    Familiarity with process automation and finance-related technology initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to evaluate complex data, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.


What You'll Be Doing/Responsibilities:


Enterprise System Issue Management (60%)

  • Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and disruptions affecting Oracle EBS financial systems.
  • Perform system configuration changes or customizations to enhance functionality and resolve issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related financial system issues, ensuring proper categorization and prioritization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.


Enterprise System Implementation & Enhancements (40%)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system designs, workflows, and user stories.
  • Analyze data flow across applications and develop data mapping and integration plans.
  • Work with developers to ensure system customizations and extensions meet business requirements.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and plans for functional and regression testing.
  • Coordinate change requests, release schedules, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    and ensure solutions meet requirements.


Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

  • GAAP & SOX Compliance:
    Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.
