Monday - Friday 6 am - 6 pm.

The Warehouser is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Duties include unloading/loading delivery trucks, checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments, and pulling/packing items to fulfill work order and sales order requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for receiving items in daily and ensuring they are properly labeled with correct part number and stocked in correct bin location. 2. Prepare shipments: read sales order, pull items, box/palletize, weigh, fill out customer pick list, attach copy of RF Smart generated CO Label to the shipment and forward original paperwork to Logistics. 3. Responsible for notifying appropriate departments of any discrepancies/ problems with material. 4. Secure the warehouse from loss by: ----Challenging unauthorized personnel upon entry as to their needs. ----Assuring that the warehouse is locked and secured when not attended. ----Report any theft, loss or missing items to the supervisor immediately. ----Other than warehouse personnel conduct transactions properly. 5. Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor. 6. Must be willing to cross-train into other areas of the warehouse as required to meet schedule due date. 7. Work extra hours daily and on weekends as instructed by Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all assignments are complete. 8. Must be able to work in a non-controlled climate i.e., no air conditioning in the plant. 9. Must follow all safety and environmental policies and programs. 10. Must be able to work around chemicals assigned to the department and wear the proper PPE. 11. Must have communication skills. 10. Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and orderly. 11. Must be willing to work in an on-the-job-training status for the first two or three weeks of employment. 12. All other duties as assigned. |
