The Impact you will have: As a Senior Organization Development Consultant, you are responsible for organization development, change management, team effectiveness, talent development, learning, and culture-shaping interventions. This role partners with OD consultants, enterprise learning and HRBPs on delivering the processes, tools and methodologies associated with these domains. The OD Partner serves as a hands-on practitioner supporting the OD team, proposing and delivering organization and talent development solutions to drive business success. Your Responsibilities:
OD/Talent development
- Translate concepts into actions, collaborate effectively with team members to support various projects and tasks, ensuring seamless workflow and achieving collective goals.
- Foster the implementation of leadership, talent, and performance solutions to achieve the desired business results and provide excellent associate experience.
- Drive a 'best place to work' culture across every stage of the associate experience, contributing to building a strong employer brand.
- Support Inclusion and Belonging initiatives through OD, culture and learning interventions.
- Oversee talent programs such as succession planning, performance management, goal setting, and onboarding.
- Help execute programs to build capabilities across the organization and within the HR function
- Partner with HRBP's and OD consultants to provide strategic thought to identify and recommend appropriate OD and talent solutions, align on solution design creation, and lead delivery of solutions.
- Utilize SharePoint, Workday, Teams and other current technology to provide simple and easy to use solutions
Project management
- Effectively execute projects - defining and managing project timelines, communication plans, budget constraints, resources, deliverables and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
- Create a comprehensive communication plan and talking points for a given initiative
Facilitation
- Facilitate effective training, (including new associate onboarding, continuous learning programs, etc.), meetings, interventions for team and professional development, leadership, and learning programs and OD work as needed.
- Design training sessions for people leaders and individual contributors.
Technical
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in learning, communication, organization behavior, organization development, HR or related fields, 7 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of professional experience related to Organizational Effectiveness/ Development, Learning and Development, succession planning, performance management, Change Management, influencing business leaders and driving results.
- Experience building trusted relationships, influencing others, facilitation, and collaboration on cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships, coach, consult, facilitate, and collaborate on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels; strong presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and commitment to continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, negotiate, and problem solve effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, intranet platforms/repositories, and collaboration technology, including SharePoint design and maintenance, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Master's degree in organizational behavior, organizational development, or organizational psychology.
Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $77,200.00 - $102,300.00 - $127,400.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
