$25k Sign-On and $25k Commencement

• o Average Daily Census: 100-120 patients

  o Physician 16-18 patients

  o Staffing Model:

  • 7 Rounders + 1 Observation Rounder
  • 1 Swing MD/DO
  • 1 Day and 1 Swing APP admitter
  • Dedicated Nocturnist Team

  o 7-day on/off schedule from 7am-7pm

  o EMR: Epic

  o ICU Model: Hybrid
