What you will be doing: As the Director of Development, you will lead fundraising efforts for the College of Arts and Humanities by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major and principal gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations. In partnership with the Dean of the College and the Associate Vice President for Development and Comprehensive Campaigns, you will develop and implement strategies that support the college's mission, fundraising goals, and campaign priorities. You will also serve as a key liaison between the college and other advancement units across campus, supporting university-wide initiatives and building strong relationships with volunteer leaders and philanthropic partners. This is a critical leadership role that advances the university's mission to serve the Central Valley and its culturally rich, diverse communities. The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is: $92,000 - $97,000 based on experience. How you will be spending your time:
