Job Title: Senior Business Transformation Manager - Airfreight Product

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager - Airfreight Product to lead and manage significant efforts aimed at transforming our operational airfreight product setup in the US. This role is pivotal in driving cost reduction, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to DHL's "Simplify" initiative. As the Senior Manager, Business Transformation, you will work closely with Senior Leadership to identify areas for improvement, strategize, and build a comprehensive transformation roadmap. This includes developing tools, governance structures, and a compelling change story to facilitate milestone development, tracking, and realization. This position may be based at any of the DHL Global Forwarding Stations across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with internal and external key stakeholders to build strong relationships. * Analyze existing setups to understand the complexities and cross-functional interdependencies of operational processes and workflows. * Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, document, and propose solutions for systemic issues. * Select the appropriate tool suite to document the transformation roadmap and associated milestones for each initiative. * Train, coach, empower, and support direct reports to foster a high-performing team. * Manage resources and implement updated processes effectively. * Drive adaptive change management communication and provide executive updates. * Monitor and evaluate performance against established KPIs, recommending adjustments as needed. * Collaborate with executive team members to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. * Engage with internal and external key stakeholders to build strong relationships. * Analyze existing setups to understand the complexities and cross-functional interdependencies of operational processes and workflows. * Collaborate with executive leadership to identify, document, and propose solutions for systemic issues. * Select the appropriate tool suite to document the transformation roadmap and associated milestones for each initiative. * Train, coach, empower, and support direct reports to foster a high-performing team. * Manage resources and implement updated processes effectively. * Drive adaptive change management communication and provide executive updates. * Monitor and evaluate performance against established KPIs, recommending adjustments as needed. * Collaborate with executive team members to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills / Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain. * Minimum of 6 years of program management experience, ideally in a freight forwarding environment. * Experience in PMO, change management, and stakeholder management. * Accredited project management credentials (e.g., PMI PMP). * Proficiency in business English. * PMI ACP certification. * Prior management experience with direct reports. * Experience with P&L ownership. * Experience working in a multicultural and publicly traded company. * Knowledge of IT systems and EDI connectivity.

Pay Range: $105, 682.50 - $140,910.00+ (Based on Experience)
