Northside's Talent Acquisition team has a new opening for a talent acquisition specialist!

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Leverage your expertise to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Event Coordination: Tracking RSVPs, handling check-in and providing general event support.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and participate in panel interviews to identify the best fit for each role.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and negotiate competitive offers, ensuring a smooth and timely transition for new hires.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and building trust within the team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage applicant tracking systems, maintain accurate records, and support the overall recruitment process.

REQUIRED:

1. BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field. College degree may be offset by 3 years of relevant and substantial work experience.

2. Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention.

4. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi- task and adjust priorities accordingly.
