Talent Leader

The Talent Leader manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to drive organization capability, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and learning and development, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

You will oversee talent programs for retention, promotion and succession planning. The Talent Leader will report to the CHRO.

This is a hybrid position based in Cranberry Township, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine organization capabilities needed to deliver profitable growth; work with leaders and Human Resource Partners to close identified gaps over time, demonstratingstrategic thinkingand aresults-focusedapproach.
• Develop a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, utilizingdata-driven decision-makingto inform strategies and assess effectiveness.
• Direct Learning and Development to ensure that organizational initiatives enhance employee skills, foster career development, and support leadership growth, while promoting a culture ofmentoring.
• Identify organizational top talent, lead talent planning, and develop talent programs for internal development, ensuring a commitment todiversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Identify relevant talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of the talent strategy and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, showcasingaccountabilityin delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead our workforce experience strategy focused on improving employee engagement over time, employingcollaborationandemotional intelligenceto foster a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in talent management, workforce experience, learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, demonstratingchange managementskills and manage change initiatives.
• As an individual contributor you will manage the talent metrics program.
