Responsibilities

The Vice President of (RF) Engineering Operations will be responsible for balancing operational, strategic, and leadership duties to drive the company's success in a competitive market. This role includes overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining key customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to develop effective marketing initiatives. Additionally, the VP will analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, serve as the primary contact for regional and national customers, and work closely with the operations team to forecast sales. Given the company's focus on Open RAN (Radio Access Network) technology, a deep understanding of Open RAN and the broader telecommunications industry is essential.

Qualifications

The Vice President of Engineering Operations would need to have expertise in Open RAN architecture, cloud technologies, 5G networks, AI/ML for network optimization, and security within a disaggregated and virtualized network environment. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and the multi-vendor ecosystem is crucial to drive success in the Open RAN space.
