Summary of Position Kinsley is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team at our York, PA shop. This role is responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance operations, managing personnel, and coordinating with vendors to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. An ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in the construction equipment industry. Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for Preventative Maintenance and Fuel employees.
- Monitor and order bulk oil supplies as needed.
- Oversee the overall operation and maintenance of the wash bay.
- Manage scheduling for the pressure washer truck.
- Set up equipment in Vista for preventive maintenance (PM), including entering oil specifications, filter numbers, and service frequency.
- Arrange and coordinate all deliveries to job sites, including ordering DEF tanks and related components.
- Schedule fuel deliveries in Pennsylvania with external vendors and aid at other locations as needed.
- Assess service needs and determine which tasks should be outsourced to dealerships.
- Order decals and shop supplies for the lubrication department.
- Assist with small fuel deliveries as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Education
- Valid Driver's License required.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the construction equipment industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
