Serve as a strategic business partner to organizational leadership and employees in designated business units. Align HR practices with business goals to support the organization's success. Provide daily HR guidance, and recommend HR strategies to improve work relationships, employee engagement, and productivity. Maintain an effective level of business literacy about the assigned business unit's financial position, goals, culture and competition. Serve as a coach and mentor for the organization. This is a Remote position available in the United States. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's Degree or HR Certificationis preferred. Experience 7 years of proven HR experience with a minimum of three years of employee relations experience. Additional Job Requirements
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 - 95,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
