Within the Global Marketing function sits the Asset Management Marketing team, responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies and programs for the entirety of the division. Working across our public-side and alternatives investing strategies, the team leads messaging strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and marketing analytics. Role Summary
This analyst will focus on creating compelling and strategic social media content for senior executives in Asset Management. Part of the Asset Management marketing team, the analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to execute social media strategies that enhance the firm's online presence and engagement. The analyst will primarily be responsible for executing copywriting tasks, working with a design team to create visual assets, managing approval processes, measuring the impact of executives' social media marketing activity, and ensuring that content aligns with the firm's brand and messaging guidelines.
Position Responsibilities
- Content execution: Write and develop social media content, particularly content for employee and executive use on LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and messaging guidelines
- Quality assurance: Ensure all social media content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to regulatory and procedural guidelines
- Marketing implementation: Support the execution of strategic marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for AM's capabilities
- Performance measurement: Monitor the performance of executive social media content and adapt strategies based on learnings to improve engagement and effectiveness
- Executive collaboration: Work closely with senior executives to understand their social media needs and tailor content to enhance AM reach and visibility on LinkedIn
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a similar role within a similar leading financial institution
- Exceptional social media copywriting skills and experience, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging content
- Some knowledge of the asset management industry: clients, products, competitors, trends
- Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed, complex organizations with excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage with partners at all levels
- Ability to work at varying speeds and under time pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Salary Range The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $70000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
