MPS provides back office support, warehousing, and, fulfillment for Macmillan US, and is their primary distribution facility for North America. Position Summary: The Manager, Credit and Collections is responsible for overseeing the company's credit, collections, and accounts receivable functions. This role requires a strategic leader with the ability to manage a high concentration of sales to a small number of large customers with complex reconciliation needs, while also implementing effective credit and collection practices for thousands of smaller customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial risk management to optimize cash flow, mitigate risk, and maintain positive customer relationships. Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Accounting (preferred) Bachelors of Finance (preferred) Experience
7 years: 7+ years of experience in credit, collections, or customer financial relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. (required)
