Supply Chain Inventory Analyst I
Candidate following duties: * Responsible for the Inventory of materials as assigned/required and maintain the desired inventory levels. * Responsible for Aged External Stock Management - (LSTPRT, SSM30, INTRAN, VM INTRAN, Stockhold, and 15 to 30) locations * Cycle Count performance and basic reconciliation per current work instructions. * Print and Assign Cycle Count to employees on a daily basis and complete report. * Review and Investigate Out-of-Tolerance Cycle Count sheets from employees. * Reconcile and Update accuracy log for employees. * Analyze and Reconcile the Lost parts that couldn't be found. * Perform/operate all Stockroom functions effectively and accurately per current work instructions. * Ensure any inventory discrepancies are fixed in order to avoid material stoppages. * Work with team members having issues and/or (in the absence of a Supervisor) * Assist with Cycle Count audits in the Stockroom when needed. * Perform stocksweeps to transfer parts to designated area for quality review. * Consistent involvement in team/workplace improvement processes and procedures. * Proficient writing skills and ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and technical documents. * Update Inventory accuracy report for upper management. * Strong math skills including weight measuring, use of whole numbers and problem solving. * Review and Investigate Out-of-Tolerance Cycle Count sheets from employees. * Assist with Dock Receiving receipt processing issues. * Assist incoming customers within the Stockroom Office concerning material issues. * Resolve issues in virtual locations in the Stockroom. * Maintain an atmosphere of continuous improvement and team efforts for accomplishing department and plant goals. * Manage Inventory compliance with Corporate policies and procedures. * Strong work ethic demonstrated through action orientation and a drive to achieve results. * Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and work rules. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or 2-3 Years' Experience in a similar role. * Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding inventory control, logistics, warehouse operations (Receiving and Stockroom). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. * Proven ability to gather, analyze and make business recommendations. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. * Work effectively independently and within a team. * Excellent communications skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets. * Working knowledge of intercompany supply Chain Inventory procedures and processes. #ZR |
