Job Title: Project Coordinator (Temporary Project)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - Onsite in Ballantyne required for shipping/receiving tasks)

Duration: 4-6 months (Potential for extension based on project needs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Project Coordinator to assist with a temporary project. This role will involve coordinating shipments, archiving product specifications, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience managing large amounts of data, tracking product SKUs, and handling physical shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and shipment of product samples between international suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and archiving of product specifications.
  • Match and compare SKUs to ensure product consistency across multiple suppliers.
  • Track shipments and manage timelines for incoming and outgoing product samples.
  • Work closely with the sourcing team to approve product specifications and facilitate transitions between suppliers as needed.
  • Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data related to the sourcing process.
  • Ensure all product details are meticulously recorded and available for decision-making.
  • Be available onsite as needed for receiving and processing shipments.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of product SKUs.
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or data management preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) or similar data-tracking software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


Work Schedule:

  • Hybrid role with in-office requirements depending on shipment schedules.
  • Flexible part-time and full-time options available (e.g., 8 AM - 12 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM, or full-day shifts with a lunch break).


Compensation:

  • Hourly rate based on experience and availability.
