DCS Corp has an exciting potential opportunity supporting NAVAIR by providing FMS support to the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs located within the PMA.

Essential Job Functions:

Assists in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

Obtains knowledge and awareness of all statutory and regulatory acquisition documentation requirements and advises leadership regarding changes or delays in approval cycles or documents that are no longer current.

Provides support for procurement efforts to include selection, definition, and documentation generation and coordination of Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) via the Procurement Management Tool (PMT), PID status via PMT, Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) contract actions.

Supports acquisition, coordination and staffing of required acquisition reporting documents including Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES), and ASN(RD&A) Information System (RDAID) inputs to support monthly and/or quarterly submissions, audits, reviews, and milestone decisions.

Supports program requirements by acquiring and inputting program data in the Acquisition Health Management System (AHMS) and displaying this data using visualization tools at monthly review meetings.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School diploma with 10 years relevant work experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years relevant work experience, or a BA/BS degree with 3+ years of experience performing primary responsibilities.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

2 years of FMS experience.

Proficient in CDAT, DSAMS, and AMS suites.

Little, if any, travel is required.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses computers and other standard office equipment.

Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary Range: $57,218 - $97,428
