DCS Corp has an exciting potential opportunity supporting NAVAIR as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for this effort. This position serves as the primary interface and point of contract with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues on Crew Served Weapons and Platform offensive weapons. Essential Job Functions: Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and deployment of program/project resources. Oversees program office daily routine activities, including routing, tracking, screening, and distributing all correspondences; coordinating meetings, schedules, and facility requirements; and ordering supplies. Reviews, edits, and formats all outgoing correspondence in accordance with the Naval correspondence manual and maintains correspondence archive. Obtains, coordinates, tracks, and provides recommendations regarding program documentation and taskers received from outside stakeholders using the ETMS2 system as well as other distribution means. Acquires documentation required for program reviews and briefs such as Annual Program of Record (APOR), Executive Review Board (ERB) and Executive Steering Board (ESB) briefs. Obtains Congressional language and suggests strategy for improving communication among Congressional staff and program office. Responds to Congressional, DoD, and/or other Government agency media or industry inquiries, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) audits, and Congressional testimony. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. Associate's degree plus 14 years relevant work experience, Bachelor's degree plus 12 years relevant work experience, or MA/MS degree with more than 10 years of experience performing primary responsibilities. Active Secret Security Clearance. At least 3 years of experience processing procurement documentation. Experience with acquisition reviews and cost analysis. Experience with the Acquisition Management System Suite: Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Program Management Tool (PMT), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID), and Risk Management Little, if any, travel is required Desired Skills: Familiar with NAVAIR and Acquisition policies and procedures. Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
