Staffmark is hiring an Office Assistant
to work for our amazing client in Berea, KY. Ready for a fresh career opportunity? Apply today!

Pay: $15/hr - $16/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Answer and route calls, manage mail, and maintain office supplies
  • Perform data entry, schedule appointments, and organize office files
  • Verify shipments and assist with general office tasks
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets required



Qualifications:



  • 6 months to 1 year of office assistant experience (non-entry level)
  • Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excel skills are a must
