Staffmark is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with our avocado packing partner in Murrieta, CA. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Stackers. No prior experience? No problem! We provide training for reliable and eager candidates.

Shift:



  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Saturdays may be required (shift start at 7:00 AM, with end times varying based on departmental needs)
  • Overtime can be mandated working up to 12-hour shifts, 7 AM - 7 PM



Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:



  • Remove boxes from the conveyor or packaging area and stack them on pallets according to set patterns
  • Sort avocados to meet quality standards
  • Pack, lift, and move full lugs of avocados
  • Clean containers, materials, and work areas with food-approved cleaning solutions
  • Handle completed or defective products and place them on conveyors, loading docks, or pallets
  • Perform other duties as needed

  • Ability to follow instructions carefully
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with team members and management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required
